Task 7: Paragraph Writing

Question 1
Topic: The food that I like.

Topic Sentence: My favourite food is home cooking food.

Supporting Details:
a)   The food is cooked with love by my mother.
b)  No need to worry about the hygiene of the food.
c)   Home cooking food is cheaper than the food that we buy outside. 

Conclusion: The conclusion, food that was cooked at home is the best for me.

          The food that I like is a home cooking food especially when it was cooked by my mother. I prefer this kind of food because the food is cooked with love by my mother. Besides, when it was cooked at home I don’t have to worry about the food hygiene it’s because we can see by our own eyes how the food is prepared and we can already know whether it is clean or not. Lastly, home cooking food is cost me cheaper than the food that we buy outside for example from the restaurant and other places that selling food. It is because, when we cooked the food by our own it only cost for the ingredients, besides the quantity is very different from the restaurant, which is we take the food as much as we want. To conclude, in my opinion the food that were cooked at home is the best for me.
 
 
 
  

Task 6: Writing Mistake

          In writing there are so many mistake that I always do especially in the grammar. Besides, I also can’t find the right word or sentence to describe what actually that I want to tell in my writing. Firstly, when it’s time for English subject especially writing, I really think that I can’t make it even for answering a little question I’m still thinking twice or more because I don’t have a confident in myself. After a few years pass, when I set in my mind English is fun subject I find it become easier for me to write, maybe it’s because a lot of reading in English is helping. But, when writing I still have a problem especially to start each of the paragraph. This is because; it’s hard for me to get an idea in the beginning to start my writing. I think, to overcome our problem in writing there are many way that we can do. Firstly, reading an English article is the best way so that we knew many more words that maybe new for us, not just read an article but any kind of book or magazine as long it’s English. Besides, we also can learn by watching a movie or listen to music in English, but it’s not the best way because we may enjoy the movie or music more then to learn the English. So, just think English is an easy and fun subject, it’s make you easier to learn.      

Task 5: Water Pollution

          There are so many type of pollution and one of it is water pollution. Water pollution is not a common pollution in our country nowadays; it has begun long time ago and has caused many problems especially on our health. The trash that we thrown into the river also one of the causes of water pollution, not just that it also caused a flood. Furthermore, the water pollution also can cause a death, it’s because polluted water is not safe to take any more but if we are sick because of it and no further treatment it can cause a death. To conclude, the water pollution that happen nowadays is because of our own mistake which is we make the river as a dustbin and throw the trashes on it.

Task 3: Writing Process

          In writing there are three basic steps that we need to do to produce a paragraph which is the topic sentence, supporting details, & concluding sentence. These three steps is the answer of a good paragraph, but it’s only work if you have a lot of things or ideas in your mind. Topic sentence, it needs us to tell about the topic that we choose and no need more explanation about it on this step. In supporting details, we must give at least three examples that can support our topic that we have write before, it’s because these supporting details is our explanation for the topic sentence. On the concluding sentence, it’s need no more new ideas or explanation because we only have to conclude all our ideas become one before ends our paragraph.

Task 1: What is Love to You?

          “Love”, it is a feeling that makes us want to take care of something or someone more than the way before. This is because, the feeling of love make us didn’t want to lose the person or things that we love so much. But, sometimes love also can make us loose the things that maybe a treasure for us, why is it? It’s because, when we fall in love with someone weather the things is very special to us, we are willing to give it to those who we love. Besides, there are many different type of love too, for example love for family, love for friends, love for pets, love for gods, and many more. But, no matter what kind of love it is, it’s still make us go crazy because of the feeling that make us really didn’t want to lose it or lose them.
